Conferencing

Whilst we primarily view our buildings as community spaces, we do offer room hire at our Bridge Central location (Monday-Thursday with limited Saturday availability). Our room hire rates are inclusive of refreshments, WiFi, use of equipment such as a projector/flipchart. Use of the sound system in the auditorium is charged in addition to our room hire rates.

We are currently unable to host parties and operate a no alcohol policy in our buildings.

Auditorium

The largest of our spaces, seating up to 120 people, The Auditorium benefits from a fixed stage, excellent sound system and flexible seating options.

Prices start from £58 per hour.

The
Sincil
Room

The Sincil Room is ideal for smaller meetings and training sessions. It can comfortably seat up to 25 people and has a projector and TV screen available for use.

Prices start from £20 per hour.

The
Portland
Room

The Portland Room is used primarily for children’s and youth events. With its own external entrance and plenty of light it’s the perfect space for creative classes such as art.

Prices start from £28 per hour.

Café
Hall

The Café Hall is a large, relaxed space filled with comfortable seating. It has direct access to the kitchen and benefits from the serving bar – perfect for serving refreshments!

Prices start from £42 per hour.
